Cancellation Policy

In general

In case you need to cancel your booking, you are entitled to a refund which depends on the expected date of arrival. More specifically:

For cancellation up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival, we refund you 100% of the paid amount.
For cancellation from 29 to 11 days before the scheduled arrival, we refund you 50% of the paid amount.
Otherwise, no refund is possible.
